Dachshund puppies for Bristol, United Kingdom
The kennel is based in Lombardy, Italy. Delivery is available in Italy and Europe, including for families in Bristol, United Kingdom.
Bristol is a hilly city, and the climbs up from the harbourside to Clifton or Totterdown are felt by any long-backed dog. At the top, the Downs give a wide, level expanse of grass, with the Avon Gorge and the suspension bridge as a striking backdrop. Ashton Court, across the river, has woodland and a deer park, so a lead is wise for a hound with a keen nose. The mild, wet south-western climate means muddy paws far more often than frozen ones.
LA BANDA BASSOTTO breeds Kaninchen, miniature and standard dachshunds. The kennel is in Lombardy, Italy.

Questions
Is hilly Bristol hard on a dachshund’s back?
Walking up gentle hills is fine and builds muscle, but long staircases and jumping off walls are not. Choose routes with ramps or gradual slopes and carry the dog on steep steps. The flat Downs are a good place for longer walks away from traffic.
